Fresh back from his visit to Canada, Bill Sassenberger was at the Barnes & Noble in Tucson, Arizona, the first location in town to have the new Earth Island Books edition of ‘Toxic Shock Records, Assassin of Mediocrity: A Story of Love, Loss and Loud Music’.
He ran a stand and signed some books, catching up with Jim Waters after 25 years and trading some vintage Tucson punk cassettes with Mark Canterbury.
Bill even sold a few books and gave away some broccoli, which he says is; “a solid success to me”.
If you missed out, it's ok. He left some books on consignment there, so go get them, or get in touch with us.
Bill’s next trip is to Japan on the Raw Power tour, from 21st to 25th May. He gets around.
Grab a copy of ‘Toxic Shock Records, Assassin of Mediocrity: A Story of Love, Loss and Loud Music’ and see what drives him on.
