James Domestic will be back on the road over the spring and summer, delivering his sarcastic, dynamic, and sometimes surreal poetry at punk gigs and poetry events alike.
At the end of March, Domestic performs on The Poetry Stage at Manchester Punk Festival in the afternoon, and then hotfoots it to Stamford to deliver a set supporting UK punk legends, Subhumans (singer Dick Lucas has called Domestics’ work “Inspired and inspiring!”) in the evening.
In May, James has been selected as a hometown warmup for the highly acclaimed poet Luke Wright on his 25th anniversary tour.
These are just two of the gigs in the diary so far for 2024, and we want to add more.
With plaudits from the aforementioned Dick Lucas, plus Attila The Stockbroker, the multi-award-winning poet and battle-rapper, Mark Grist, and many others, you should probably book him for your gig, poetry event, or bookshop reading now while he’s still cheap!
