Marla Watson at Fullerton Museum

Join Marla Watson at The Fullerton Museum, 301 N. Pomona Avenue, California, USA at 1pm on Saturday 14th June when we get the gang back together!

There will be a celebration and exhibition by women in punk photography, with work by Marla, Alison, Dina and Linda, hosted by Stacey and Georgette. Your visit will include a tour and insightful commentary on the early hardcore scene.

‘My Punk Rock Life - The Photography of Marla Watson’ emphasises the fans point of view. Reaching out to both friends and strangers to write short pieces about what it felt like to be a punk back then, Marla includes personal stories and experiences. The feedback so far has been massively positive from the likes of Ian Mackaye, Jello Biafra, Keith Morris, Mike Burkett, Jeff Nelson and others, many of whom are featured in the book.
