This series of transmissions based on the book Nefarious Artists by Welly of Artcore Fanzine (est. 1986) charts the evolution of the punk rock, post-punk, new wave, hardcore punk, and alternative rock compilation vinyl re- cord from 1976 to 1989. A compilation of compilations, Nefarious Artists avoids the big hits and exploring some lesser known songs, all digitised direct from vinyl with snap, crackle and pop in full effect.
