Always up to something creative, Ian Glasper has been busy with his band, Zero Again, his family, work, and plenty of other things lately, but don’t worry. He is still working on more books.
He hit a bit of a wall recently and is now calling on the Hive Mind to help him with the second instalment of ‘A Country Fit For Heroes’, saying; “I'm still on the hunt for a few bands who appeared on Bullshit Detector Three, namely Impalers, Malice and Verbal Assault... any leads, or even half-leads, would be hugely appreciated.”
If you can help Ian please do, drop him a line on his facebook page here.
And in the meantime, his great books; ‘The Scene That Would Not Die: Twenty years of post-millennial punk in the UK’, 'Silence is no reaction: Forty years of Subhumans’ and ‘A Country Fit For Heroes: DIY Punk in Eighties Britain’ are all still available from Earth Island Books.
